I currently live in Daytona Beach with my husband Brian, of 9 years, and my twin boys, Jared and Javan. I have been working for NASA, Kennedy as a Materials Science Engineer for 14 years.

Favorite Song - The Blood
Favorite Memory - My favorite memory is of the Thanksgiving Tour 2003. It was great getting to know each member of the choir even a little more than I had known them before. The trip was blessed and the ministry that went forth was phenomenal. I'll always remember that tour.
Right now I am home on summer break from Spelman. I am about to start work at MBNA America and will be pretty busy until school begins again.

Favorite Memory - Tours. I remember visiting Jeronn, Sheronn and Leshonn's family home in Detroit. We sang at countless churches. The ministry and fellowship was amazing.
I'm a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Michigan in the Joint Program in English and Education. I'm currently working on my dissertation, an ethnographic study of a church's plan to address the achievement gap between White and African American youth in its town. I hope to return to Atlanta where my family resides after completing my Ph.D. program. Prior to U of M, I taught high school English at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts for three years. Prior to that, I earned an M.A.T in English at Brown University in Providence, RI.
